Subject: I lost 21lbs in less then 6 weeks…
I’m really excited.
I’m down 21 lbs as of yesterday.
In less then 6 weeks.
Just hit my first goal, next goal
is to lose 20 more pounds…
I’m on my way!!
And the best part:
I’m not doing anything crazy.
Basically, as soon as I wake up, I take
my vitamins, drink 1 cup of coffee, then
walk for 1 hour…. wearing a sauna suit
(only the top)… but that’s more to put
me in the state of when I was a wrestler
and boxer… and don’t eat past 9pm.
That’s all I’m doing.
